ccc direct sail ships

Hey all
downloaded b14 ver.4 and i use to get everytime the scene on the sea would change i would get a message saying "unknown sails on the horizon" now i don't get that message nor any ships on the the horizon...is it a bug or do i need to activate something in the files?

Something's a bit wrong with that mod at the moment. I am waiting for the new version CCC has in the works.
