Changes/Addons since build 11 list?

Where is there a list for the changes made in the build since build 11?

And can anyone upload a savegame for me, that's like 50% through the main quest?

I'd send you a savegame but I've got a lot of junk on my games that you wouldn't have in yours and I'm afraid it would crash your game.

Where are you at, do you have a Euro or a US/UK or Ubisoft PotC?
