Changing Cities

Now i had an enquiry. Is there any way to change the GG of nations to other cities. Like the gg of france and spain are in tortuga and havanna. These island are in a corner. So it needs more sailing. The missions of the Gg also tells you to got to english islands. Which are very far. So i wanted them to be in some cities that are close by. So is there any way to change that without capturing any cities.

Yes you can! its is in another post around hear. I think in the cheats and mods post.
