Cheatmode help.

I need Help Enabling Cheat mode i Looked around to forums and tired to find some things to help me out and i treid to enable it in BuildSettings buy it wasn't in there can someone help me please?

I'm Running Build Mod 13 Full.

For Build 13 -- Cheat mode

In Pirates of the Caribbean folder find the file Buildsettings.h

in the 2nd section of the file - General Mods -- last item is Enable Cheatmode.
