(CoAS) Where's the skeleton at the Tartarus?

Ive spent many hours searching for this damn skeleton and damn chest but I can't find it, where is it ?? Im searching at Battleship Tartarus but I cant find it anywhere... any help??

It's behind the locked door, and since the door is locked, you're going to have to find another way in. Jump off the plank on the deck and swim in through the hole in the hull.
