This is because we consider the new Intel Fix to be far better.

Indeed it seems you're running the stock game without mods, but with a strange icon for engine.exe because I recall mine looking different.And i dont think im running a mod pack. I just replaced an old sea.dll file with a new one.
@Grey Roger's responses assumed you use the New Horizons modpack, so that explains why his console suggestion did not work.
If you like the game you're currently playing, you should consider getting the latest New Horizons modpack from the link in my signature.
It makes a huge world of difference, fixing many bugs, adding a huge amount of new content and gameplay, while maintaining the good stuff from the original game.
