Crash at Quebradas Costillas

I am slowly playing the quest to save the kidnapped children and the trail has led to Quebradas Costillas. Every time I try to enter the Outskirts the game goes to the loading screen and then crashes and blames it on a .exe error. Has this happened to anyone else or does my computer just not like me?

Please open engine.ini, set tracefilesoff to 0, load your game and try again, then post the error logs.

I have a different crash at QC.
I have one ship (a MOW) berted (or whatever u spell it) there, when I try to switch ships with my fast schooner, the game just crashes to desktop.
