Crashes on laptop

Hi, I'm trying to install POTC on a laptop. It's a Pentium M735 (1.7 GHz) with 1GB internal memory and a 80 GB HD. The graphic card is an Intel Mobile 915 GM.

But the game keep crashing on the sea.dll. This keep on happening even when i'm re-install the game and mods.
I tried the game after a clean install and tried again after build 12. Then did another try with post build 12.
All efforts gave the same crash: engine.exe -> sea.dll

Who has an answer to fix this. I really want to play this on my laptop.

What the HECK is wrong with sea.dll? We keep hearing problems with it. I think there must be some misprinted CDs somewhere with corrupted MODULES folders. I suppose I have to upload it again then. ANd not remove it this time. ARGH! Well it would be nice if you could upload at least the sea.dll
