Crashing Problem

My Computer Crashes every now and then when I try to land on a island or go from the world map into the third person sailing mode.

Suggestions?

Not enough space on your harddrive, not enough ram, to many
Background programs i.e. Antyvirus, Firewall etc.
There could be ingame problems as well!
When you have a crash an Error file is created in the Mainfolder,
post it as some Pirates could help you!!
Do you Defrag on a regular basis??
