Creating a Davvy Jones Model (WIP)

shit!!! He is good.. I heard he is not here any more.. at leat for now on... Thats bad.. he is a good moder.. Is there a tutorial for how use maya? (5.0)

I will try make one.. Just for fun.. hehe... It wont hurt trying <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />, if i just get an good tutorial

He used Maya, if I'm not mistaken. He seems to have gotten further with it than anybody else so far. Unfortunately nobody else knows how to use Maya to export to GM properly. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
 
now i know how to use it a litle hehe.. well, we see, Maby it turns out to a great model <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
ok.. Just a question... If i go to model/head and i edit I.e Jack sparrows face to davy jones and then i save, If i start the game , is the fae like davy jones or do i have to edit a file from Model/head ??
 
You only need the head model in DIALOG function, so if you edit the Character model face, you get Davy Jones on Jack, Yes.
Rather see Jack with hat and coat, then Jones <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
 
YES!!! now i found a way to edit the gm files <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" /> i just have to conver the file 10 times hehe,,, Can you say a character in the game that have closes the looks a litle bit about davy jones closes?

just say an simple, i need the "name" of the character

well, I downloaded a program called CtrlView 3.30... Use TOOL and make the character to an VRML file then I converted the file on CTrlviewe 3.30 to a OBJ, then you can open it in every 3d mod program <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
