I've searched all over, but have been unable to find out how to enable crew in the 1st person perspective. I know that supermod does this, but I really only want to add it to stock 1.5. If anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

and change all entries:
Sailors.IsOnDeck = 1;
to
