Crew Transfer Not Working?

I was trying to use the crew transfer option in the F2 menu to move crew from one of ships to my own just before I sold it to the shipyard. I push the arrows to transfer the crew over and they don't seem to work. Is this a known issue? or do they work and mine is just corrupted? The bug is similar to when the store items cant buy and sell only this crew managment menu never works even when you exit and return (which usually fixes the store bug).

Anyone know if this crew transfer option works or not? I hate selling them to the shipyard its such a waste when you don't have enough crew on your flagship after a battle. Sometiems I can only transfer crew one direction. Is there a minimum for each ship you can't transfer below?

its not a bug, each ship needs a minimum crew to be able to sail, therefor you cannot transfer less crew than the least required.

evry ship must have its minimal crew if you capture a ship or loose crew in combat that doesnt matter but when you transfer crew you cannot leave the the ship with less crew than the minimal crew

The worse is you sell the crew too when you sell your captured ships.

you are not selling the crew they become unassigned and if you buy other ship they will be assigned to it if not then you can hire some of them at the tavern
