Crew wanted?

<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" /> PLEASE please i so can any one remind me how to activate make crew to appear to walking on deck of any ships in game when you on deck be able to see your crew walk around in standard game this does not work and i remember this is easy way to reactivate this and adjust how many crew can be seen on deck with you.
Please some one help me where file is locate to make adjustments?

Also is a way to be or not to see high resolution crew to replace low resolution crew on ships?
