Rep from rapists encounter increased slightly, but only at lower levels.
Fame needed for marriage tweaked. Will need to be introduced again for this to take effect.
Can no longer buy contraband in stores, only sell it.
Fixed most instances of VC interfering with quests
Added new flag art by KAM

If you have a save that crashes due to CG troubles, hit T and that should fix it.

Assorted fixes since release have been rolled into the 10.1 build and 10.1 patch, so if you're not sure if you've downloaded all the right fixes, just grab one of them again and install it.
