Hello 

What shoud I do if I want to start at a specific location(Bermude) and to be neutral whit dutch and french and hostile whit spanish and english?

And if i want to change the relation betwin the nation?

I have not tried it but it looks like what you want to modify for the relations between nations on game start is the following function

Program\scripts\utils.c
SetNationRelations() on line # 51

then you can mess around with how the nations should start with eachother and then based on what nation you chose as your character he will inherit the relation you gave between the nations.

as for where your character starts I am not exactly sure yet, I ran out of time looking for it. If no one else replies byt the time I get home tonight I'll try to find out for you.
