About the dialog. i was thinking about this:
I just saw some soldiers walking up to Clements house,and they dont look friendly.
What! Lets go up and see whats going on.

At the moment, the dialog there is just Danielle's default "I've got nothing to say" text.
It is certainly possible to put some more appropriate dialog in place, but I'm not entirely sure it is worth the trouble.
Especially since similar "default dialogs" are in use in probably dozens of similar situations in main and side quests.
It would be a huge task to add appropriate dialogs for all those situations....
