danielle on secret bay on redmond

ok this is when in the game when me and danielle join together and we go to redmond. when im in the world map and i get nea redmond, im automatically transported to this secret bay and me and the dialogue box comes up and sais "..." and thats all and danielle just stands there and i cant even talk to her at all. she doesnt swivel around or anything. and i tried reloading my previous save several times, and im just too far in the game to start over "im level 19 with a battleship, and i have never used cheats or downloaded any mods of any kind" so anyone please tell me what im supposed to do

The unmodded version of PotC is unfortunately full of bugs that cause problems like this - and there never was a patch for anything else but the Russian/Euro version of the game...

If you've gone back to previous saves and gotten the same error, I think you may have one of the original bugs...

I'm afraid the only real recourse you have - Vassal is right - is to download Build 11 <a href="http://mods.piratesahoy.net/index.php?action=view&view=entry&entryid=73" target="_blank">HERE</a>

You will have to start the game over, unfortunately, but you will find it much more fun, challenging, and interesting with the mods.

hello its me again! i downloaded the build 11 and let me tell you: ITS FREAKING AWSOME!!! there are so many new elements to the game i was absolutely shocked to see how much extra stuff was added to the options menu. i love the new textures the french soldiers are amazing. and alot more ships too! i thought that the build 11 was just like a huge cheat code, but im glad i downloaded it. i give my compliments to its creator you did a extremely fine job on the game ive had to problems so far, and i havent even started the main quests yet cause im having too much fun doing all the extra things in the game. but ill stop rambling about what everyone already knows. i HIGHLY recomend that everyone gets this if they havent already.
