the repaint in the shipyard is not their also installed the new updates and got this error.....

You can try to just install the latest 7-Zip Update archive using the latest EXE installer file.
That is supposed to work.

There was never another skin of the Soleil Royal model. If one did appear, that must have been another model altogether and therefore a bug.
I know we had a couple of those mistakes in previous modpack versions.
