I rather liked the scenes with Tia Dalma in. Of course the last scene was rather less than surprising for those who've read the cast list for Dead Man's Chest. Still, the characters' shock was amusing, and old Barbossa got to eat his apples.

Other than that I'd cite the exchange between Sparrow and Norrington on the docks at Tortuga, but I can't precisely recall the lines, or the role-reversal scene of Weatherby Swann in the gaol with the light fitting.
 
Jack: Who did hire you?
Norrington: You did, i can`t help that you set so low requirements!
Jack Well you smell funny

Doesn't Jack prefer to say Bugger? (if it was acceptable for the 12 film I can't see a reason it'd not be acceptable here)

I do like the Elizbeth quote...despite the fact it sounds like an invitation to a gay orgy...seriously it'd not be amiss in a Carry On film or Up Pompei...
 
The thing i liked the most was that all the dead monkey was good for, beside being used as payment, was for captain Jack Sparrow to get out some aggressions... everytime he got cranky he shot the ape... thats nice... i mean why have an undead monkey if you can't get to shoot it when you're upset?????

i got the DVD so i'll definitely check it out now that you've pointed me in that direction...
it seems like i missed after credits scene in POTC 2 as well... i left cinema just as the film ended mostly because theatre was packed and i didn't feel like waiting too long too leave <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

i just watched POTC and am in the process of watching all the extras (sooo many) and this time i waited till the very end... that cheeky monkey!
