DirectX 8/9

Hello,

I've installed the game and the build11.When installing i didn't choose to install DirectX9.So every time i start the game i see directX8 appearing...
On my PC,real P3 866MHz 512MB Ram(works fine) Geforce4TI4200 128MB,DIRECTX9 is installed.<b>Now to get to my question; should i reinstall the game and choose for DirectX9 in order to have less crashes/better screens?

No, the game only _uses_ dx8 rendering, no matter what version of dx you have installed.
(i.e. pixel shader 1.0)
