How convoluted and confusing this forum is? My friends and I got back from a deployment overseas and heard word that there was a new PotC build mod. We were naturally stoked by this, being that we are professional pirates, and came here.

Now we're all WTF. Isn't there a build 14? There is like one mention of it. All of your threads are convoluted and the process for installing the build mod is not clear anywhere.

We will figure it out because we are freaking awesome, but, seriously, you're scaring away new participants!

You can obtain the builds from Peiters Pirate Page which can be accessed through the links posted at the bottom of his signature. Build 13/3 is the most stable. Build 14.6 is a beta release and does have some bugs, as does 14.7, which causes problems with 14.6. Build 14 will probably be in the testing stage for a few more months. Also the instructions for installing the build(s) are located here. meigger, because it's called build 14 alpha 6, it would be reasonable to presume that it's in alpha stage, not beta. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

LOL. Yes, there is a Build 14 Alpha 7 out and, yes, it is in alpha stage. Same goes for all other Build 14 versions currently in existance. Build 13 is stable, Build 14 is alpha.
