I should talk to Jackman in bermuda to inquire about the Arrow ship, but when I get there there is no one on his residence.. what should I do?

ah, Jackman is always at Bermuda.

Since you just done the last pirate quest, did he get killed during your Panama raid?
BTW if his ship didnt sunk, he definitely still lives, then he will be in Bermuda when Morgan comes back, at least thats how it was in my game. I remember i went to see him after Morgan comes back. I didn't go to find him before that so i wouldn't know.

I wandered around until I saw a ship with purple sails on the world map then followed it, boarded etc.

Oh yeah Ive just finished the Pirate Line quest.. So I have to wait a year to talk to jackman..
