Okay those fellow captains who come to offer you a lucrative deal at taverns be that sunken golden ships at some beach or gold/slave carrying ships at some port

once the mission is accomplished and I disagree to share the spoils will I ever see them again?

I swear I doublecrossed pitt at least twice and he still showed up.
or will they never offer you adventure again?

You will definitely see them, however they might not want to offer you another deal. Fellow captains have a reputation mechanism. If you double cross them, your reputation with them decreases.
