Not a Bug Douwesen Citizens not unlocking fast travel on some dialog lines

The douwesen citizens seem to have two different ways to give directions. one does enable fast travel but the other one doesn't
You can find them in the case "info".

When you specifically ask for directions, it works.
That second set of questions is about the personalities of the various people and, with one exception, doesn't actually mention directions.
So I think this is "Not a Bug".

ah okay I was just reading the text wrong then .
I tought the innkeeper dialog also gave some info about where to find him...
