Uniform_neu.jpg

there is still work to be done, the sword locater does not fit very well

Where did you get that Jack Sparrow skin? Cuz in COAS Jack Sparrow doesn't seem to have the coat and hat. Please post a link!
Thanks!

Then please tell me the name of the texture file cuz the Gm Viewer doesn't seem to work with character texture file and Inez Dias' Tool is not so supporting of viewing multiple models at the same time

Very nice. I like it allot. Gonna do more? I'd ;like to see more detailed looking well textured guys and gals like that in the game!

I am not really getting along with the face texture modification, its getting on my nervs that the GMViewer does not work in a proper way on win7 :modding, I am currenty looking for alternative solutions...

My last results of this project have been placed on my FTP folder under "Uniforms_Takeda-One.zip" (I don't how to post a direct dl-link). I didn't found a solution to work with GMViewer under win7, I think it only works under xp-32 bit and we'll have to live with it :modding

You can use the suits in COAS to equip other models with the wanted texture as diffent clothes for your caracter simular to the model switch when you put on a cirass :wp

have fun with it...

Right here, mate: http://www.pyratesahoy.com/coas/Takeda-One/Uniforms_Takeda-One.zip
It's easy enough to make a direct download link. Just use:
http://www.pyratesahoy.com/coas
http://www.pyratesahoy.com/potc
http://www.pyratesahoy.com/build
for the three FTPs we've got. :doff

Depends on how you want to use them, I'm currently on my notebook and don't have the game installed on it but I can give you a general idea.

Models should go into the resources/models/characters folder.
Textures in the resources/textures/characters folder.

If you want to use them as a Hero, you can replace one of the current models in the herodescribe (forgot the exact folders but it's in the resources/ini...something) and rename one of the models for the name of the model of the new guy you want to use.

You'll have the pictures of the original character and if you want pictures of the new guy, you'll have to make them.

Now if you want to use them as officers I can't help since I don't know how to do this myself but I think it's fairly easy.
