Dutch quest line question

I have delivered a note to Tortuga governor and he gave me a parcel but a guy named Antonio stole it from me in tavern and he jumped into a brig. He's going to San Juan and I need to cath the ship and board it to take the parcel. But I cannot find the ship called "la rochelle" on the way to San Juan.

Any help???

near san juan you need get in sea mod and there are a pirate ship have that name board it and take information that you need to catch a heavy galleon on it's way to Santa calina now before go to map mod save your game to make sure you have a good wind or you will never finish this quest

I have caught the brig but couldn't catch the galleon isabella yet. Damn it.

But now I'm stuck in finding Sharp and pearl divers in basse terre (guadoloupe)

I don't know but it look like not Dutch line quest
I got stuck in the quest Governor General ask me capture 4 ship of the line
I capture a ship of the line but when I talk with him I got no option to give it to him
I wonder is he ask for Man o war?
