In one of the English towns. Look at the houses.

I think this quest is not possible to complete. Required artifact that can be obtained from the quest Tenochtitlan. It is not possible to start, bug of western edition game.

im not a historian and the info they gave in the quest log isnt enough for me to tell where it is -.-
