Empire Total War?

I dont know if anyone tried the demo but the ship battles are fun, and Pirates of the Carribean are in the game and playable by editing a file apparently. It seems to be like EITC with land battles.

game already has a file unpacker, so game is moddable, Should be easy to add pirate faction as there is pirate ship models ingame and there is a pirate hideout <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

ETW can't be a pirate game, can't be modded in this way. To build ships you need land regions' income..You can't loot and take cargos, no usual pirates income. Except if you make the pirates landlords too <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

i've played the full version at a friend's house. it's kinda glitchy here and there... but i'm willing to pass it off to the game being a first of this quality.
