The first collection of my english fleet is ready .....
theres only coupple of ships that could need some finish textur
and only ONE bug found .....(still working on the "small" men on deck)
but try it....
 
in a single week I had 2458 visitors on my web site .....
most of them from this fine forum .,....

Helo Jsj, i downloaded your English Fleet Mod,it runs fine but it has no portrait in the shipyard when you want to buy it i see only the name but no picture or portrait! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate_plain.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p3" border="0" alt="pirate_plain.gif" />
 
I Downloaded the english pack from your web site but I have yet to see any of the vessels for sale on the ship yards. I have noticed the different cannons but what do I need to do to see any of teh english ships????
 
I just unpacked the 3 folders in the package and pasted them over the original files in the POTC root folder. Where am I supposed to put them?
 
And my problems alsp the portriats of the ship when you use it always change,and there are no voices of the boatswain like "loading bulls eye"voices but there are none! and it also affects the ships in POTC! can you check it out?

just as they are in the unpack
if you copied 'em over they are there ..... just load your game a `re-ini`

the portraits /small pics is being fixed as we speak ....
(only needs the frigates done ... the rest work)

i cant remember that i ever heart the voices on that .......
(but ok i'm half deaf)

also is worked out "crew on deck" ... but its a whole other story to make that finished ......
 
Well thats exactly what i did and I see the canon changes but i've sailed back and forth bothy british islands and I have yet to see a english ship for sale. I've re initialized the game so its not because of that. Any suggestions?

but did u replace the ships_init.c too ....

its very important that every files is added the right place ....

btw. tonight i upload the files for "small pics"
(added in the download too)

and Bronce cannons is added to the new deck ..... but the new deck is only avaible in pyrate ships ......

there is also a deck comming for "wethered" ships.....

nb. keep up posting the "bugs" u find in the ships mod. It helps me a lot.

nbb. RafeBlight has made som truely nice wethered ships skin.
They will NOT interact the English fleet.

Replace it with what?? is there something different I need to do. It wasent mentioned in the readme. check the screenshots at my hp......

u can make a lines add in Build_settings.h ....
BUT u NEED to replace the ships_init.c ... else the ships wont work...
and u need to copy over the common.ini and the other files in the updated modpack ......
all files is very important to copy over ......
 
Replace it with what??? thats what im trying to ask you What am i supposed to replace the ship,init with? I thought i did replace it when I put the files in to the potc root folder. that should automaticallty replace anything. What am i supposed to replace ship.init with?
