This is only the end of the English line. You can grab the town for England, and other quests. The game has no finishing as such.

I want to ask can I clear away 1 faction?
I capture all town of Holand but when I attack curacao I can't capture it

You can't capture the capital of each nation. Curacao is the Dutch capital, Portobello the Spanish, Port Royal the English and Tortuga the French. All other cities can be captured.

No. You can capture all town. But Dutch will go on ships and will try to return town.
