Fixed Error in Emissary dialog file

The Dutch envoy in Antigua naval base is called De Reyder i presume.. but I click on him and he doesn't seem to reply at all; is it meant this way or is there some issue with it?

Yep, that's him.

No dialog is definitely a bug. Do you have an error.log in your main game folder?

Yes, I actually just crashed here when I accepted an escort quest from the english captain guy who is standing beside the governor...
I accepted the quest then before I closed our dialog, the game froze and I had to shut it down through CTRL ALT DEL

^ That would be the reason for the lack of dialog.
Please make a Bug Tracker enrty so I'll remember to fix it.
