Escape from Coas

Hi,
I did not find anything about surviving that brutal storm at the end of the coas questline. I tried several real time hours to get throw the storm to the fernando. but every try ended at the end of the map with all the other npc's from city on one spot.

after leaving the tartarus i turned right and tried to get to the ceres, but after 2secs every time their is a big wave that transport mie to the eva an then to the protector. Are their eny clues how to swim against that mega waves??

Yeap IMO that's the second hardest part of the game, after the San Gabriel fight (without the aid of the barmaid). The wave's is wholly unpredictable and unfortunately the game does not account your character's swimming ability to make it easier. Just keep trying till you get lucky. Your target is the lone distant ship on the far side to the right.
 
I don't get it, I did this part several times and never had any trouble. I just pointed the character in the correct direction, held down the forward key, and accelerated time. A few minutes and setbacks later I arrived at my destination.

It's really hard but after leaving the tartarus i swam towards the stern of the tartarus, so the big wave at the beginning didn't push me too far away. Then i swam the the tail of the ceres. The waves don't push you away so bad if you maneuver on the right side of the map behinde tartarus and ceres. After several minutes a big wave draw me to the Fernando (i saved here because it was the nearest spot since 3 or 4 hours of trying) and an other one pushed me faar away from the ship, so i had to reload (i was so happy, that i saved earlier). After that the wave lift me right up to the second mast and i pushed space over and over again and bam, loading screen ^^

It was the hardest part for me, because it doesn't matter if you swim or hanging around in the water for some sunshine. You have to hope that the waves like you ^^
