OK so after I save Pitt I go back to the city to warn the other guys that Nataniel has run, and I find that the spanish have atacket the city , After I kill them all ,what do I do ,Im stuck ,please help.
 
You've to talk with guys at shipyard, décide to take Spanish ship and so swim and aboard it.

I am unable to enter the shipyard after saving Pitt.

How do I resolve this problem? There's no error message of any sort, the shipyard is just locked.

You wade into the water and swim around the back. Took me a bit to figure out too. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
I haven't even gotten that far yet. I'm stuck at the Weston part. My log says I need to find his house, which I did, but when I talk to him he just tells me to get out of his house and nothing else happens. Do I need to talk to an NPC that tells me where his house is or something?

Also, how do I pay back the loanshark for the gunner? I have no money and no one will let me sell anything.

Oh, and the guy that wants headache medicine. Where do I find that? Is that even a quest? It's not in my log.

Steal from the big chest in weston's house when he isn't looking, there's money too that you can give to loanshark.
 
On a vaguely related note, am I the only one to find it rather odd that you character comments in his journal that 6k is a cheap price for a slave, yet when you capture and enslave a crew you get only a fraction of even that (supposedly) paltry amount for them?

Nah-uh, when you treat the wife you go into the house, talk to Whatshisname, he tells you Dan is not there. You go out again and bump into Dan, who gives you a vial of medicine and mentions that he has more stashed away. You give that vial to the wife, then go back into the house, grab the second vial from the shelf on the second floor, and give it to the slave. Not that it's worth the trouble, your reward is a tiny dagger useless for anything other than cleaning out the grime from under your fingernails...

Ah, that's it then. I went in the house but no one was there. I poked around and found the vial upstairs. When I was leaving, I ran into Dan and told him I was there looking for the medicine and took it, and he said that was okay and to give it to the wife.

I just sneaked between the guards and grabbed the saber in the chest. I also distinctly remember having a pistol and some ammo (although I don't remember where I got them, probably got massively lucky and looted them off one of the corpses or chests), so I had a much easier time than on my first try. I also managed to kill the first spaniard you bump into in the city this time, he dropped a very nice sword that very much alleviates the frustration from combat (or rather the fact that I suck at it).
