Need Help Fast Travel in Santo Domingo just disappeard

Hi there!
I need your help once again

I don´t know why, but it happend to be, that my fast travel in Santo Domingo (which is my private town)
just went away...
I´m not a great fan of walking...
Searching for the reason would be too complicated...
But I´m sure, you could provide me a console command to enable fast traveling in this specific town again

Ohhh...

How embarrassing.

I used the search function on the board and just ignored all the "opium smuggling" things, since I´m not playing the smuggling quest.

But of cause, you´re right, I just looted some opium while boarding a enemy.
I didn´t pay attention to that, since no quest update happend...
Just stored it manually in ship chest and everything´s fine again!
