Fearless in AoP?

Well i was reading on one of the new links, and saw that one of the ships on some of the screenshots look extreamly alot like the fearless model in POTC

Looking at the first shot, she does look to be riding high in the water, but her rudder seems to go down into the water a proper distance. Second shot her bow seems to be rising out of the water. nah, I'm just being sarcastic. It's little things like these that frustrate the hell out of me, because it's Akella's third straight 'pirate' title and you'd think it's about time they start to get these things right. I do hope that in the end it'll turn out to be a fun game. But the more I learn about it, the more it's beginning to look like it'll need even more modding than POTC did (and did it ever!). I just find it wrong that people, who create games about ships, sailing, piracy and naval history know so little about any of the above. They really should do something else or start learning! In this particular case I think it was a modelling blunder. If you place ship's stern where it should be, then the lower gunports row will go under water.
