After completing a Fetch quest, I later got a questbook update indicating that it had timed out and failed.
When you accept a Fetch quest, a timer is set for it to expire and fail. When you talk to the quest giver to deliver the goods and get paid, the timer is not cancelled.
Attached are corrected dialog files which do cancel the timer. Put them all into "PROGRAM\DIALOGS".
