Yep, I finally made it... Have been betatesting it for a few days, trying to chase down any errors or problems, and I think this quest is ready for the world... WOW...
A short intro to the conception of this quest - Fred Bob, our own "Shrimpin' Fool" and Terror of the High Seas (in his new pink 'doo), asked me if it was possible to make a character in PotC from a character in SeaDogs, namely Maurikio. I embarked upon the task, and then everything started to fall into place for a very cool (I hope) side quest for you all to enjoy.
Scenario: FB the bosun is being held on FdF for threatening to mutiny. The officer who ordered him arrested is the only one who thinks FB actually DID this - everyone else KNOWS he's innocent - but since the accusing officer has deep political connections, FB is in the stockade.
(there is no stockade on FdF, so I have him on "parole walk" on the second beach)
Nathaniel finds out about FB and gets him released. FB in his gratitude, gives N a letter he is carrying that says on the envelope that a reward will be given to the person who delivers the letter to a lady on IM.
Here is Fred Bob the bosun, ready for action:

The rest of the quest, after you hire FB as an officer, has to do with the lady on IM, and her pirate lover... There are noble deeds, intrigue, epic battles (on land), and even a little sneaking about that should give everyone a great time playing this quest.
Fred Bob himself did a masterful job in creating FB's dialog so it is properly salty and fits the character. One feature of his character is that once FB is hired, he will have all the dialogs a regular `tavern-hired` officer will have (change clothes, hoist a different flag, &tc), so he will not only be a great bosun, he will be a useful (and fun!) quest officer!
Here is what you must do to download this quest:

It is a `self-extracting` archive, and is 1157 KB in size. Download this and set it up anywhere on your hard drive where you can find it. Click on it to "unwrap" the archive (anywhere is fine, create a folder for it if you wish), and
