Find Sharp - streets

[mi_taka]

I track Sharp, and finally found it in Port Royal. I get message "Sharp roaming somewhere on street in town", but where. I round everywhere, spoken with all. No trace from Sharp.Please help.

Seems like only two of us are having that problem. i'm not getting the church conversation about getting his ship. and there's only like 5 guys on the streets, and they're all strikeouts. i've searched each business, every house, asked every living being (and even some not living), and nada. no sharp. no reloading change of dialogue. methinks i may have finally hit a quest wall. it was only a matter of time...<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

sorry i couldn't help. but at least you know you're not alone.

<b>Well, I had to do the save/reload crap again, and after several tries, got the message that he's in the water instead of on the streets. guess what? did me no good. Oh, I found sharp alright. He gave me 8 frigging days to get from Trinidad to Belize! And you know what that's like since this game loves to turn the wind at you everywhee you go. So, quest expired</b>. What a lovely sadistic mess this is! Now I'm trying to take on 7 frigging class 1 ships defending Port Royal in my adorable corvette...And I can almost do it! Level 36 and it all means nothing...heh heh. Now every Spanish soldier on a board is a special forces, musket wielding trained killer so I can't board safely anymore, and it's all ending in tears. I have level 42 officers that fold in one shot from a soldier! aye caramba. what a mess. this will surely go down as one of the greatest masochistic games of all time...<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> and still there's a perverse challenge in beating a game that's essentially designed to self-destruct at every turn.
