First Ship board

Ok in the quest that I must sink "Oiseau" I have a problem:When I sink it my reputation decreases from Bloke to Swindler,why? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />

Edit:Furthermore I can't take the goods from the ship why is that?

Not sure about the rep decrease; perhaps it is better to do what I usually do - overhead map sail to Redmond and inch your way into the harbor before you go to regular sea view - that way, the Oiseau will be in front of the guns at the Redmond fort, and it can be sunk by THEM and not you! Mission accomplished! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />
