I am at the 5th i think national quest, where you have to find the relatives of DONN ANNA and kill them in the jungle.
I entered lighthouse area, and when I tried to leave it was locked. so i thought this was the place. Indeed I found 2 of the relatives there and killed them. No quest update though... I have searched the whole place around the city and in the nearby caves/coasts but nothing... when I talked to the girfriend of anna? she said that anna should be safe now. although NO quest update. what am I doing wrong? are there more of those guys to kill>? where?

EDIT : Finally a few hours later out of frustration, I went back to governor and he said everything is good!!!!, and the quest is finished.....
<b>SO THIS QUEST DOES NOT UPDATE WHEN DONE</b>. just a reminder for future persons stuck as I was.
