GAME?!

one more question:

did you check if everything was gone we you uninstalled everything?( by checking the bethesba softworks file)

dunno if its like this for PotC, but when i installed a few mods for Black & White 2, uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it without installing any mods, the mods that i installed before were still working and at some point crashing my game.
yes, i deleted everything with bethesba softworks folders!
 
Today i download COAS, if that works on my computer is it somthing wrong with my POTC game? but naah i don't think so, cuz it worked on my grandmas computer :/

PotC worked before on my old computer, and it was XP. with same download/CD , but it wont work now. but i wonder does your computer have somthing my computer does not have? Does you need somthing Especially to run the game? please tell me folks =) does i need to download anything to run it, somthing that i most install? please help me :)

I really have no clue why it doesn't work; we know a couple of reasons why the game could not work,
but apparently they don't apply to you. Possibly there's some other reason that we're not aware of that applies to you. :(
 
Okey, but what DOES you think it is? listen? a guy buyed the parts to my computer then puted it together. and installed everything on it, could he missed somthing? like idont know somthing so the game wont run?
 
- Sometimes if you have Nero Burning ROM installed (get a "debugger" error message)
- You use ffdshow and don't have the game added to your "exception list"

There is a fix in the LATEST mod for Nero: Build Alpha 9.5 Patch 3
If you want to play original game (can't see why you would xD:) there is 2 options for this
- Download Build Alpha 9.5 Patch 3
Extract to random folder
Take the Engine.exe and place it in your original game folder

- Install Build Alpha 9.5 Patch 3 as per instructions ;)

As for ffdshow it is a whole bunch of codecs for Media Player and such ;)

I really haven't got a clue. You can try using this ENGINE file, which is the one from Build 14 Alpha 9.5 Patch 3 that should solve the Nero problem.

But if it were the Nero problem, you'd know because you'd get a "Debugger" error message.

That's from CoAS? And WHAT can't you get in PotC?
And WHY are all those files missing???
 
Yes, thats from CoAS does i cant get somthing like that in PotC..
and i dont know.. ? hoped somone could help me with CoAS ? :D
 
You CAN get something like that from CoAS. It's done by enabling error logging and I think I already told you how to do that.
 
Well... THAT particular file is from CoAS, which I'm not familiar with.
Post the one from PotC.
 
lol........................ i said before that i just do the same thing, but it does not work .. i removed PotC and CoAS and AoP for like 10 minutes ago.. but i dont get the same in the logg.. so i'am going to buy the game then install it hope it work. BTW? does you know where i can order the game? =)
 
Truth be told, I don't know any place that sells PotC anymore.
And I have been unable to find a normal place that sells CoAS either. :whipa
 
okok.. xD: shiit i really want to play the game with yours Build mods :) but i think i never will :/:(:(
