After hiring crews in the tervern, by pressing F2, the number of crews are totally 0 in my ship, I can not even raise my sailor's morale up. please help solving this problem.

Never heard of it.
Need to know the ship type, maybe it has a bug nobody found so far.
If you were able to get some money, sell the ship and get a new one, or buy it back - thats what I would try first, maybe something set the sailor amount to an invalid number, hence why it doesnt add new sailors, and shows 0.
When you buy the sailors, the money goes down?
Is the "raise morale" not clickable, or what does it say? -
