german translation of k3 mod

hi!

i just found a german translation for the k3 mod.

kidao seems to speak german and russian.

maybe we contact him and add the german files to the translation pack.

just found some problems.

the german character folder is missing

\program\characters\german

also there are some files missing in the

\program\dialogs\german folder

i just paced the missing files with the english files. i ll test it right now.

I would love to help out with the translation of your mods.

I'm still working on the translation of the K3 mod at the moment but i think it would be ready soon.

can somebody post a list with all files which have to be translated? maybe william got it? cpt. blackfeet?
 
Cpt Blackfeet would be the one to answer that question. I don't know how far he got. We'll start doing a better job at getting this in order. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Keep in mind they're gonna be a rough draft, as we're of course finding out Russian to English is a pain in the butt. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blah:" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

they better wait till after the patch if the patch is going to enable things then this mod becomes obsolete and we can start working on something new and if we all work together then we can also translate on the go, so what i suggest if u all agree is after the patch we and then i mean me, william, and cpt blackfeet will see what need to be added back in and what's not been activated trough the patch and then we will send the files that needs translating to the people that will translate to german, then when translation is finished for the required languages we can pack it all up and make 1 simple installer out of it so everyone can easily install it without the need of manually doing a thing.
 
Hi,

frist for me is to say thanks again to Kidao for his great work with the translation of the mod to German. I will try to keep up support for him as far it is possible to me, but mainly i only pointed out some errors and made him to fix them <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />.

But i am think Cyberops has a good, point we should keep an open eye for the patch, and for further projects on this game it would be nice if there would be some multilangual team work. I will try to contribute as far it is possible to me, because its for a good game with alot of possibilties.

alrighty, now here is what me nad cpt blackfeet, fry, william and others are going to do and sorry guys if i speak for ya'll now and if im outta line lol.

First we wait for the patch to arrive, then we have to go trough every file that is modified, now we are going to make a base package and add to that when i have a package i will send it to u guys just simply let me know who is going to do the translating. After the translating is done simply send it back to be and it will be added to this mod pack. Then when we have everything needed we will make it available for everyone to download.
