I have followed the install instructions to go from 12.1 build to latest build 13 (b13_beta3.zip)
Everything seems to work ok apart from the Building set.

I can build the various houses, mansion, etc..etc.. on a beach, but they do not appear as solid shapes. ie. I can walk through all the walls!

Any suggestions?

the build set is verry fine but we all know we can walk through the walls there is nothing to do about that problem <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
That is simply the way the mod works. There's nothing that can be done about it really. It's either a weird BuildingSet mod or no BuildingSet mod at all. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
