Good trade runs

Could anyone suggest any good trade runs (where to buy and sell what) ?

As far as I know the trade goods are randomized every at the game start; but the basic principles - buy expensive and light stuff. Of course you buy "green" goods only and sell at "blue" shops. If I remember correctly one of the best trade goods is the chocolate. But keep in mind the "green" dtores need a time to replenish the stocks.
