How do you activate greek fire on Queens Anne revenge?

Based on what I can remember, I think you only need to fire the bow chasers as you would normally.
Make sure you're fairly close to the enemy ship, though.

That's correct. The ship doesn't have regular bow chasers, ONLY Greek Fire. Just hitting another ship with your bow chasers should do the trick.
