I've been debating on getting this on PC, simply for the mods and the MTA-SA. I'm still working on completing it on my PS2 tho..
 
I gues P4 or AMD on 1.5GHz with 256RAM and say a Radeon9600XT and up will do, FX i'd say 5700. The game its self is very....well the graphics fit more for PS2. Some people with GF Ti4xxx have lags when it rains, but other than that it runs great.

PS.I'm in the last city <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/razz.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":razz" border="0" alt="razz.gif" /> played 24hours.

yup it can. i play gta:sa on celeron 1.3, gf4mx, 384 ram, almost lowest settings, and it is perfectly playable.

as far as i know gta:sa was published only on dvd, but i can be wrong.

If you ask me go sell your CD-ROM and get a DVD-ROM(or DVD-RW) becouse when Blue Ray comes out CD-ROMs are gonna be like 20$ or less and you won't be able to get some cash out of them.

Is San Andreas still the latest project in the works for GTA? I thought I had seen something about a new GTA game in the works. Do you know anything about it?

Hi lifeDude <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> not much activity there.... any way the newest GTA in the works is Liberty City STORIES(dumb name huh). Don't have any details on it sorry.
 
for me shooting and slaying down people is worser than sex scenes. also the sex scenes are in the gamecode but not activaded. so only a patch can turn them on. but the game is not playable with the sexpatch cause their is a problem with getting new missions.

i just imagine that i am on a conference for censoring games in the usa and ask the people their what they would prefer: if i have sex in front of all of them or if i shoot all the people in the room?

i think the way of thinking of this people is some kind of perverse.

The game work fine with "Hot Cofee", But believe me .. Ive tried the "mod" .. Its the worse crap you will ever see ..

btw. the new patch removes the sex scenes from the gamecode .. ohh red dead!! its thrilling. one of my favourite games on the xbox. the graphic is much better than gta sa. a good story and good gameplay. its not that complex like gta but it brings me much fun.
