Solved H.M.S Surprise bug

It's an issue with the walk files, you'd need someone familiar with those files to try and fix it.

is there any familiar ship in game to the h.m.s surprise?
It could be possible to replace the walk file from the surprise with another ship that's built similiar to it but I'm not familiar enough with the ships to suggest one. Even so, the fix won't be perfect but it would probably be an improvement.

where i can find folder with the ship because when i looked i found only normal game ships without mod
Use this file

Plop it into Resource/MODELS/Ships/SAILORSPOINTS
When the conflict prompt asks you if you want to replace the existing file you say yes. MK
