Hey there.. I feel a little embarassed for having to ask this, since everyone seens to know how to do this but no matter how much i look, i can't find any working step-by-step intructions..
Ok, i've downloaded AoC-PotC_mod.rar from filefront, which has several potc ships. I followed the instructions in <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?showtopic=11829" target="_blank">here</a> to add the Black Pearl, but it didn't seemed to work, i didn't found it on the shipyard.
Changed all files in models/ships/blackpearl1/ to blackpearl1_xxxxx_xxxxx.grm, created a blackpearl1 texture folder and dumped every texture that came in the blackpearl.rar file, modified ship.h and ship_init.c. No luck.
Anyway, sorry for my inability to find this by myself, and thanks in advance!
