Having problems

So I have installed Build 14: New Horizons but when I try running the game I get this...

Runtime Error!

abnormal program termination

HELP!! I loved the original game and I decided to pick it up again, but it is so buggy so I decided to look for mods and I found this it looks sweet, but now I can't run the damn thing HEEELP!! please I wanna plunder <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bounce.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":b:" border="0" alt="bounce.gif" />

Did you install as per the <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?s=&showtopic=12809&view=findpost&p=307383" target="_blank">instructions</a>? It's important that you do follow them. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

oddly enough I could not find the install instructions...could be I have not slept in two days...insomnia you know it sucks but thanks for letting me now, downloading B13 now.
